BIG Leadership Network — Writer Guidelines

Aligned with The Business Influencer (TBI) UK Editorial Standards

We publish original, insight-driven thought leadership. We do not publish promotional content, advertorials, or product pitches. Every piece must offer a clear point of view, actionable insight, or a perspective that advances business thinking in India and globally.
Write within your area of demonstrated expertise. Acceptable topics include: leadership, entrepreneurship, business strategy, organisational culture, innovation, talent, finance, marketing, and sector-specific business insights. Avoid generic listicles. We value depth over volume.
Standard articles: 700–1,200 words. Use clear subheadings every 250–300 words. Write in first person where appropriate. Avoid jargon without explanation. No footnotes — cite sources inline with context.
All submissions must be original and not previously published in any medium, including your own blog, LinkedIn articles, or other publications. AI-generated content is not accepted. Plagiarism of any kind results in immediate membership termination.
Submit images only if you created or own them outright. Stock images must be royalty-free with a verifiable licence. No screenshots of third-party content. All image rights transfer to BIG upon acceptance of your article.
You must disclose in writing any financial relationship between you and any company, individual, product, or service mentioned in your article. You may not accept remuneration of any kind from a third party for content submitted. Undisclosed conflicts result in immediate membership termination.
Every submission is reviewed by BIG's editorial team within 3–5 business days. The editorial team may request revisions, edit for style and length, or decline a submission without providing reasons. Acceptance is at BIG's sole discretion. Accepted articles may be edited before publication without prior approval.
Upon acceptance, all rights — including copyright — transfer irrevocably to Business Insight Group (BIG) and its licensors, including Nachural Group UK. You retain the non-exclusive right to republish your article on your own website or in your own presentations, provided BIG has published it for a minimum of 10 continuous days and you include the attribution: "First published by BIG Leadership Network, Business Insight Group, India. Authorised Licensee of The Business Influencer, UK."
We do not accept content that:
  • Promotes products or services for commercial gain
  • Contains defamatory or politically partisan material
  • Involves multilevel marketing or schemes of questionable legality
  • Contains hate speech or harassment targeting individuals
  • Uses AI-generated text, in whole or in part
Members may submit one (1) article per calendar month. Unused submission slots do not carry over. Consistent non-submission for three consecutive months may be noted during membership renewal review.
